This bit with 7.5" shanks is highly versatile. It can be used for training as well as for recreational competitions or shows. The shanks have a 2.5" upper section and a 5" lower section. The shank is curved backwards, providing greater leverage and easier control. When correctly adjusted, it is still considered a mild bit, but offers sufficient leverage for control at higher speeds. The bit is made of stainless steel and the mouthpiece consists of a chain with a copper insert and a port. Thanks to the copper, the bit is very well accepted. It is suitable for experienced and well-trained horses.
