- Remove all medication, chemicals and foreign objects from the area you wish to treat.
- Apply a 1-inch-thick layer of paste (approx. 0.6 cm) to the area you wish to treat.
- Wrap with cling film or wrapping paper. Cover with a cotton bandage.
