Devil’s Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) is a South African plant whose fruit is covered with hook-like claws, which is why it’s commonly known as “Devil’s Claw.” Numerous scientific studies have demonstrated its benefits in improving mobility and relieving pain. It is recommended to help alleviate painful symptoms associated with osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease) and traumatic conditions such as tendon inflammation or strained ligaments.

HARGOPHYT is a concentrated blend of plant extracts, including Devil’s Claw, horsetail, and blackcurrant.

HARGOPHYT is particularly recommended for horses prone to stiffness at the beginning of work and after exercise.

Doping control: Administration must be discontinued before competition or official events. Veterinary associations recommend stopping HARGOPHYT at least 48 hours prior to any event.

Directions for use

Horses in light work: 50 ml daily mixed with feed.

Competition horses: 100 ml daily for 5 days prior to exertion (discontinue 48 hours before competition).
